Will this tint affect my night visibility?
No. VTX Nano Ceramic Window Tint is engineered to provide excellent optical clarity while reducing glare, heat and harmful UV rays. Darker VLT shades (such as 5%) naturally reduce the amount of visible light entering the vehicle, so we recommend choosing the shade that best suits your driving preferences while complying with UK window tint regulations.
Is VTX Ceramic film legal in the UK?
Yes. VTX Nano Ceramic Window Tint is suitable for use on UK vehicles. However, UK laws specify minimum visible light transmission (VLT) requirements for front windscreens and front side windows. It is the installer's and vehicle owner's responsibility to ensure the finished installation complies with current UK legislation.
Can I install this film myself?
Yes. VTX films are suitable for experienced DIY installers and professionals. However, for the best appearance, durability and long-term performance, we recommend professional installation using the correct tools and techniques.
How long does the installation take?
Installation time varies depending on the vehicle and the number of windows being tinted. Most standard vehicle installations are completed within 1 to 3 hours, although larger vehicles or more complex installations may take longer.
What is the difference between ceramic and dyed film?
Nano Ceramic Window Tint uses advanced ceramic technology to provide exceptional infrared heat rejection, 99% UV protection and excellent optical clarity without interfering with GPS, mobile phone or radio signals. Traditional dyed films primarily improve appearance and reduce glare but offer lower heat rejection and can fade over time. Nano Ceramic film provides superior performance, comfort and long-term durability.

Will you fit someone else’s film?
No. Our approved VTX installation partners only install genuine VTX Films products. This ensures consistent quality, performance and customer support across our installer network.

We are continually expanding our network of approved installation partners across the UK. If we have a trusted installer in your area, or one nearby, we'll be happy to recommend them and help arrange a quotation. If we don't currently have a partner near you, we'll let you know and may still be able to assist with product advice or future installer availability.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I Return My Order?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be:
Unused / Unopened
In their original packaging
In a resalable condition
Please note that, due to the nature of window film products, we cannot accept returns of film that has been cut, opened, installed or used.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your returned item(s), refunds are typically processed within 2 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
